I am getting ready to sell my son's truck which had a considerable amount of damage from wear & tear, small and not-so-small incidents, and dents/scrapes from just plain foolish driving of a teenage boy. I searched through Yelp, Angies list, and Kudzu to find a reputable collision shop because I was going to be paying for this myself.
After narrowing down the field to what looked like the best shops, I selected RJ's because there were many, many people who had rated them, almost all of the ratings were "5's" (the highest rating), and anything lower than 5 appeared to be based on customer behavior/expectations rather than actual work done by RJ's. I fact, the one that stuck out in my mind was one where RJ's accepted full responsibility and asked the customer to contact them and let them know what could be done to make right.
Fast forward to my experience with RJ's... I couldn't have had a better experience. Let me just say that if you are in the process of trying to decide where to take your vehicle, you can stop your search right now and just drop it off at their shop.
I realize this might sound like a "paid advertisement", but Jeff and his shop not only went above and beyond to bring my truck up to "selling" shape, but did it with professionalism and UNDER the estimate - which was already reasonable!
Bottom line - I will always take my cars/trucks to RJ's when damaged whether I am paying for it or it is under an insurance claim. In fact, I have already had him look at another one of my cars which I will take by to have them fix once I sell the truck.
Finally, I will give Jeff and RJ's my permission to give anyone my contact information if they want to discuss my experience or follow-up with me to confirm I am a real customer .
